VPER, is currently trading very high volume this morning after the company announced they have been rewarded exclusivity in India and Saudi Arabia for all LED-O products. Monitor this one closely.

Also keep an eye on PPJE, PPJ Enterprise is another sub penny that announced a company update last Friday, the Street may have not digested the NEWS yet. PPJE also release 2012 projections a few weeks ago!
